Test and live mode

Every account has two separate modes. The API key you use decides which one a request belongs to.

Network names are the same in both modes: "network": "polygon" means Polygon Amoy with a test key and Polygon with a live key. GET /v1/networks lists the networks and tokens available to your key right now.

In the dashboard, the Test / Live switch in the top bar changes which mode you are viewing and configuring.

Note

Testnets have no exchanges or bridges, so in test mode a payment settles in the token it was paid in. Conversions between tokens and networks only run in live mode.

Going live

1. Switch the dashboard to Live and set your live payouts (Settings → Payouts).
2. Create a live API key and add your live webhook endpoint.
3. Replace the test key in your server’s configuration.
4. Make a small real payment (for example $1 in USDC) and confirm it settles to your payout address.
